Statements of Customer
By placing an order from Precision Ordinate, you agree that the following statements are true:

I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.

By selling or delivering ammunition and/or firearm accessories to me, Precision Ordinate is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.

I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.

I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
Freedom Emails
We want to keep our customers informed about the latest updates to our ammunition offerings. You will start receiving these emails whenever you first register an account, provide us with your email address on our site, or place an order with Precision Ordinate. By doing so, you agree to allow Precision Ordinate to send you our weekly newsletter, as well as follow-up emails regarding your order. Customer Service Calls
To provide quality service, Precision Ordinate may monitor and record customer service calls for training and quality assurance purposes. By placing an order, you consent to this practice.
Cancellation Policy
Please place your order carefully. Precision Ordinate does not allow order cancellations once placed, as most orders are processed and shipped within minutes.
If you refuse delivery of an order, you will be charged the full cost of shipping plus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued as store credit only, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
Delivery
By placing an order with Precision Ordinate, you agree that once your order has been delivered to the shipping address, title transfers from Precision Ordinate to you, and you assume all responsibility for your products.
Returns and Exchanges
If you receive damaged or defective products (typically due to the carrier), please notify us within 30 days of your order date. Upon inspection and verification, Precision Ordinate may provide a full refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.
Shipping
Precision Ordinate ships only within the lower 48 states of the U.S. We cannot ship to California, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, Chicago, New York City, or any other restricted area. Certain states (CT, IL, NJ, RI, NY) require permits or special processes. Orders placed in violation of state or local laws will not be fulfilled.

Precision Ordinate does not design or manufacture the products it sells. All products are produced by third-party manufacturers. Therefore, Precision Ordinate disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and shall not be liable for damages arising from product use.
Class Action Waiver
All legal claims must be brought individually. By ordering from Precision Ordinate, you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against the company.
Indemnification
You are solely responsible for how products purchased from Precision Ordinate are used. By ordering, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Precision Ordinate, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your purchase or use.
Product Descriptions
Precision Ordinate is not responsible for errors in product descriptions or pricing. Please always consult the manufacturer’s information and safety guidelines prior to use.
Applicable Law
By using this site, you agree that Colorado law exclusively governs your use of Precision Ordinate’s website and services.
Jurisdiction / Venue
Any legal claims against Precision Ordinate must be filed in a court located in El Paso County, Colorado. If filed elsewhere, you agree to bear the cost of transferring the case to the proper jurisdiction.
Illegal or Suspicious Activity
Illegal or suspicious firearms or ammunition activity can be reported to the ATF at 1-800-ATF-GUNS (1-800-283-4867) or by emailing ATFTips@atf.gov.
Tax Notification
Sales tax may apply depending on your state’s laws and regulations.
